Your Next Job May Not Need a Degree – Just the Right Skills
Let’s be real – a degree is great, but it’s not guarantee that you get a seat in the corporate world. If you’re job hunting in Nigeria right now, you probably already know this. But that’s not to say your degree is no longer important. It is – just not on its own.
CVs get ignored at a mere glance if you are lucky to even get that. Connections and referrals are the new CV. Interviews themselves are hard to come by. And sometimes, you wonder if all those years in school were even worth it.
