Course Description

As a critical discipline, Business Analysis focuses on identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. This course covers the breadth of business analysis roles and responsibilities including conducting stakeholder analysis, developing business cases and managing requirements throughout project lifecycle.

 

Associates will engage in real-world scenarios to apply practices such as SWOT analysis, process modelling and requirements documentation. Through interactive workshops and case studies, associates will also explore advanced topics such as Agile Business Analysis and Digital Transformation Strategies.
