  • Yes, we offer customised courses that can be tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences. We offer a free consultation session to assess your company’s training needs and agree on a tailored course curriculum. This consultation is scheduled 21 days before the start of the training programme. During this session, we will accomplish the following:
  • Understand Your Requirements: We will discuss your company’s specific training objectives, challenges and desired outcomes to ensure that the programme aligns with your goals.
  • Assess Skills Gaps: By analysing the current skill levels of your employees, we identify areas that require the most attention and improvement.
  • Design a Customised Curriculum: Based on the information gathered, we will develop a tailored training plan that addresses your unique needs, including relevant topics, learning modules and practical exercises. This would be agreed and signed off at least 14 days before training start date.
  • Confirm Logistics: We will finalise the training schedule, delivery method (online, in-person or hybrid) and any other logistical details to ensure smooth implementation.

By offering customised courses, we ensure that the training is relevant, effective and directly applicable to your organisation’s specific needs, leading to better outcomes and enhanced employee performance.

There is no minimum participant requirement. However, for an engaging and productive training session, we encourage a minimum of 5 participants.

This participant requirement ensures the following:

  • Effective Group Dynamics: A minimum of 5 participants allows for meaningful group interactions, discussions and collaborative activities, which are essential for an engaging and productive learning environment.
  • Resource Optimisation: We can efficiently utilise our training resources and provide a high-quality learning experience without compromising on individual attention and support.
  • Viability of Training Sessions: Ensuring a sufficient number of participants helps in maintaining the viability and sustainability of the training sessions, allowing us to deliver consistent and comprehensive programmes.
  • Enhanced Learning Experience: Strikes a balance between diverse perspectives and manageable group dynamics, contributing for a richer and more diverse learning experience.

Our recommended participant volumes ensure that our training programmes are both effective and economically feasible, providing maximum value to all participants and the organisation.

The price of our training programmes includes all necessary course materials but is exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

This pricing structure ensures that you have a clear understanding of what is included in the cost of the training programme, allowing for accurate budget planning and financial management.

You will receive a comprehensive training report 7 days after the course delivery. This report provides a detailed overview of the training programme and includes the following key elements: 

  • Summary of Training Activities: An overview of the topics covered, methods used and key activities undertaken during the training.
  • Participant Feedback: Insights from participant evaluations and feedback forms, highlighting their experiences and satisfaction with the training.
  • Assessment Results: Detailed results of any assessments or evaluations conducted during the training, showcasing participants’ performance and understanding of the material.
  • Trainer Observations: Observations and comments from the trainers regarding participant engagement, participation levels and areas for improvement.
  • Recommendations: Suggestions for further training or development activities based on the observations and assessment results, helping you plan future training initiatives.

This timely submission ensures that you have all the necessary information to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programme and make informed decisions for ongoing employee development.

  • Ongoing Support & Consultation: After the training, we provide ongoing support, including follow-up sessions and additional resources, to reinforce learning and ensure the training’s long-term impact. This will be at an additional fee depending on the frequency etc

To ensure a smooth and well-organised training experience, we have specific requirements regarding participant information and pre-training communication:

  • Participant List and Contact Details: We require the list and details of all participants to be sent to us at least 7 days before the start of the training. This list should include the names, job titles, contact information and any other relevant details that will help us tailor the training to their needs. 
  • Pre-Training Sensitisation Communication: Basic sensitisation communication will be sent to all participants 3 days before the training begins. This communication aims to prepare participants for the training by providing them with essential information, such as the training agenda, objectives, materials to bring and any pre-reading or preparatory tasks. The sensitisation communication will also include logistical details, such as the training venue (for in-person sessions), login details (for online sessions) and contact information for support.

By adhering to these requirements, we ensure that participants are well-informed and prepared, which contributes to the overall effectiveness and success of the training programme.
